These spools are designed for use on the Makerbot Replicator 2X 3D Printer.
ABS Filament is more flexible than PLA filament, meaning that it can be used for mechanical or interlocking designs. It also has a very high melting point, making it more resistant to heat or impact. It is also soluble in acetone, so you can 'weld' parts together with only a drop or two. Acetone can also be used to smooth out the surface to create a high gloss finish using a brush or dipping an entire piece in.
Makerbot Replicator 2X - Compatible with the ABS filament
Makerbot ABS Filament (Individual) - Individual ABS Filament rolls for specific builds for the Makerbor Replicator 2X
Makerbot Dissolvable Filament - Filament that can be dissolved in a limonene solution for the Makerbot Replicator 2X
